How Many Workouts Am I Going To Be Trained?

You'll be trained 5 - 6 times per week, following a Biweekly training split.

Week One

3 lifting days & 2 - 3 days of bodyweight exercise with accessory work.

Week Two 

3 lifting days & 2 - 3 days of ab workouts.

What If I'm A Beginner?

No matter the experience level, you are eligible to book a session & will be taught step by step on how to perform the exercises.

Where Would The Training Take Place? Do You Need Access To A Gym? What Equipment Is Required?

The 1 on 1 personal training would  preferably require you having a home gym or access to a private gym to have a non interrupted & straightforward session. You'll be using weights, benches, barbells, dumbbells & machines. 

How Long Will It Take To Get My Ideal Body?

The program/sessions are designed in improving & strengthening your body. In reality it takes years to achieve the body one desires. It's not that simple but with drive, hard work & time you'll start noticing some results within the first 4 weeks. 

As you continue on within 26 weeks to a year you'll see better improvements. Given you follow the routine & nutrition advice/meal suggestions you'll be able to achieve your ideal body. While losing fat & building strong dense muscle. 

Building an amazing body is a process of training hard & training harder than last time.

 

 

 

Does The 1 on 1 Training Sessions Come With Meal Plans?

Meal plans will be suggested to you, although we are Not responsible for making them personally. The meals advised to you will be prescribed to give you the most enjoyable way of eating instead of eating the same boring foods.
