You'll be training just 6 times per week. 3 lifting days, 2 days of bodyweight exercise & 1 day for abs.

Do You Need Access To A Gym? What Equipment Is Required?
The program relies on having a gym membership or building your own home gym. You'll be using weights, benches, barbells, dumbbells & machines.
If you do not have access to any kind of gym, don't worry the program includes progressional Bodyweight exercises & workouts.
How Long Will It Take To Get My Ideal Body?
The program is designed in improving & strengthening your body. In reality it takes years to achieve the body one desires. It's not that simple but with drive, hard work & time you'll start noticing some results within the first 4 weeks.
As you continue on within 26 weeks to a year you'll see better improvements. Given you follow the routine & nutrition advice you'll be able to achieve your ideal body. While losing fat & building strong dense muscle.

Does This Program Come With Meal Plans?
This program Does Not come with meal plans. It's designed to give you the most freedom to eat the foods you love.
We prefer giving you the actual nutrition knowledge to achieve your goals. Making the reach to your weight goal easier.
